Hello Reecy welcome to the forum..
Most cereals are high carb so wouldn't imagine they would be allowed, especially on the first three days. Deb said in her first post that the first three days are protein only..so that would be meat, eggs, chicken, tuna, and cheese I would imagine. You don't stop laughing because you grow old,

Hi Reecy
The diet is pretty easy, proteirn only for the first three days, you have to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours, then you can introduce vegie carbs with your three main meals after three days, do this for 5 to 7 days then you can have a day off eat what you like but still keep to the 6 meals a day, and you need to exercise, 10000 steps a day, which is not sitting down much plus a 30 minute walk.
hope this helps -
Hi all
So to all the people doing Bodytrim, how is it working for you all? Noticed Sally said she lost 4kg in the first week !!! OMG:eek: If you're reading this Sally, did you notice it physically, the weight loss, did you feel it in your clothes?
Dont they say weight loss should be 1kg a week, otherwise one is losing fluid and muscle tissue, how is this possible? I cant wait to start mine. This program is very similar to Donna Aston's theory. Basically only eat natural food, not processed, no rice, no pasta, no bread, no biscuits. I did it about 7 years ago, and i got pretty toned, defined and lean, but i was weight training 3-4 times a week and walk/jog 5-6 times a week for 40 min. So no doubt that helped.
i'm 49.5kg and need to get to 44-45kg. I've always weighed about 44-45kg thats where i feel comfy. No doubt having 3 kids contributed but they are worth it. I'm 38 yrs young and under 5 foot tall, so any weight shows up on me, you know what i mean. Anyway, i'll get there. The hardest thing for me is breakfast. i like my porridge with a little Splenda and some vanilla protein powder in it, wonder if thats allowed?
Any info would be good. Bye for now

Hello Reecy, 4kg is common on a lot of low carb diets particularly Atkins during the first week, it is mostly fluid.
You will find when you start a low carb diet You will lose extra during the first couple of weeks and then after that average 0.5 to 1kg per week which is the recommended weight loss. Some people whom have a lot more to lose, lose more then that.Low Carb in a Nutshell ~ Carb Counts ~ Research ~ Measurements/Conversions ~ Glossary

Welcome k8south
I can't help you in regards to bodytrim specifically but I find most low carb diets are reasonable easy to stick to due to them being appetite suppressing so long as you don't try to limit fat too much.Low Carb in a Nutshell ~ Carb Counts ~ Research ~ Measurements/Conversions ~ Glossary
