    • The 5-minute low carb breakfast

      For when I don't have time to cook anything!

      Into the blender:

      protein powder
      water
      2 raw eggs
      flax seed oil

      Then Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Bzzz Bzzz Bzzz

      Tastes even better than a plain protein shake. The oil makes it smoother and the egg hides the taste of the oil. I tried adding psyllium also but it ends up too thick and pretty much undrinkable.

      Now if I can only figure out how to get the bacon in there as well ...
