    • spaghetti bolonese

      we 'cut' the meat with carrot and celery put through a food processor

      Ingredients
      1 kilogram mince meat
      2 onions – grated or finely chopped
      Half a garlic - grated
      3 sticks of celery – grated
      2 carrots – grated
      2 teaspoons salt
      lemon pepper [optional]
      2 teaspoons marjoram or basil or oregano
      1 teaspoon celery salt [optional]
      1 500 g jar or tomato paste
      Optional - kelp


      thats the sauce - I am sure you can use it for a few different things. My hubby loves it for top of spaghetti but if you prefer to use it in a different way I am sure that would work well too
