I have seen the one for my state (I think) on two separate occasions, before, once for Garry and once for myself, we both received our money back pretty quickly

I was ripped off by them as well. I have reported them in December 07.

I looked there too and the latest review says
THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD!!!!
I placed an order on 30.01.08 and never recieved my goods! The credit card was charged, and I sent numerous emails and never heard back from anyone! There is no address, ABN or contact deails on this website!
I have lodged an official complaint with ACCC and department of fair trading, and I've now also contacted my bank to have the transaction traced!
DON'T FALL INTO THIS TRAP!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Trying to stop someone making the same mistake I did with ordering from this site. This company has taken my money and not supplied me with my goods - has now been over a month and I've sent 3 emails since the order was placed and my money was taken with absolutely no response. If this has happened to you also please email me on *******@hotmail.com as I'm trying desperately to find a way to get my money back and it would be better to have all of us try.

Hmm I wonder if that agency I posted once in the kimkins thread to report kimkins would also be good for this, I'll go find it!

A suggestion I made to someone else was also to report this to their webhost to try to get their website suspended to prevent this happening again and again.

I will see if I can report them to that scam watch after as well. I might explain it by telling them about this thread and pointing them to the customer reviews on the website.
