As mentioned in other thread, I made and ate one arm. It was great. Tonight I have enjoyed one again at room temp. I needed the sweet fix without the carb fix. Great treat Sherrie. Thanks

I was invited over to my parents for dinner tonight, so asked if I could use them as guinea pigs and make these
they were DELICIOUS!!! Really loved them and they were so easy! Mum and my sister asked for the recipe, and our kids had no problems finishing them off! Thanks heaps!

Oh yummm
I forgot how good these are!
This is desperation for you lol I have my kitchen packed away, but I left my beater out so I could make these...I forgot to leave the beater bits out though
So as this kitchen is equipped with most everything you need anyway....I thought there must be something here to use....nope, i had to use a whisk!! do i don't I...well I did, it's ok a few little lumps lol, but doesn't matter!! I wiped the bowl clean with strawberries mm mmmm, so no strawberries and cream for me today!
I am a fan of these uncoked, just put them in the fridge and eat as needed.
I got some natvia the other day at coles...this is an ok sweetener isn't it? I really don't taste it in my coffee and I didn't seem to taste it in the cheesecake mix either, so that is great...actually didn't even use a 1/4 of a cup and it is sweetened to my taste nicely. -
You could mix them with a fork if you can soften the cream cheese enough, I have done it before.
Pretty sure natvia is just erythritol and stevia. -
I just made half a batch of these. I halved everything except the cream. D'oh.
I wonder if they will turn out?! I'll let you know..... -
They should be ok

BUMP!
Made a batch of these today - wow! So easy and delish.
You said you got tired of these after a while because you had them everyday. I'll just alternate cheesecake recipes - your cheesecake thread is fabulous. A day without cheesecake is like a day without sunshine.
Thanks, Sherrie! -
You can flavour them up too, my problem was I had them plain everyday for a long time, I thought I was never going to get sick of them heheLow Carb in a Nutshell ~ Carb Counts ~ Research ~ Measurements/Conversions ~ Glossary

I made these yesterday from memory, and got a bit mixed up with the chocolate swirl cheesecake, so in went a tub of sour cream.. I also have a glut of limes from my tree so juiced one and added the rind as well.
OMG yummmm!!! -

Making these now, but am wanting to get the sunken thing happening so I can add in some lemon curd into the hollows. Think that will make them super yum!!!
Lunchbox goodies for next week!! -
Just had one with the lemon curd in it - so delish!!
