Oh yummm, I have a trial batch in the oven now with 4 eggs, 4 oz. cream cheese, 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, a pinch of garlic powder and some fresh and dried oregano. They smell divine.

PS - one hint for incorporating the egg whites is to take 25% of the whites and stir them into the egg mixutre to lighten it up a bit. Then fold in the remaining whites. You will get a much better end product.

Before I try these what is the texture of these like. They remind me of I think Energen rolls I may have the wrong name as my grandmother used to eat these when I was a kid. They were very light in texture, puffed up, dry, crumbled easy to break.

These just look like the rolls but with so many people raving about them I'm sure they are not dry, so what are they like.

No they are not dry, they kinda remind me of the taste of a cheese slice (plain ones)

The texture is unnervingly fluffy and they are light like a feather. However the addition of the parmesan, garlic and herbs gives them lots of flavor. You get used to the texture, at least it is not spongy like other low-carb breads.
