I have just made this (in my silicon loaf pan, they are the best) and I am now wondering when you say jam, should it be diet jam?

Ok, so I am new to this site and let me tell you, it's great so thanks very much. The recipes are way way better than I find on the US sites and we def don't have anything like this in Ireland. I tried this bread today, and it was delish. A bit like scones but so scrummy. I made mine in mini loaf tins and cos they were deeper, they took about the same time to bake. Sorry I do have s picture but I just can't upload it for some reason. Will try again later

Ok so what you do is click on the tree picture icon, then select from computer and then choose file. Once you have chosen your file you will see just underneath 'upload file'. Even though it doesn't look like a button it is so click on that and it will upload the file. My son is coming today so I will see if he can find the styling for that so I can make it stand out moreThe post was edited 1 time, last by Sherrie: new software since this post ().

I'm Going in too
Cauliflower bread is good but only has it's place in very few ways - can't toast it - doesn't go well with spreads
I had it with a bit of pate on it for lunch with protein or under a casserole or stew..
Trying this today - I miss toasties!! And French toast
Hey anyone tyres making bread with chickpeas?

Just made this bread - texture is great ...
Same as oopsie rolls though when it comes to it tastes eggy ... Anyone else find this and any ideas as how to to flavour it to get rid of eggy taste?

Hi Jen - I made the almond bread on Friday & halved the quantity because I did not want extras for me to eat - this did not have an eggy taste as it was only one egg - I put a little vegemite & a slice of cheese on it - I did not toast it & I would make it again - I'm pleased now I did not make the full recipe because I have been put off the oopsies because of the eggy taste

Made this again today, changing it up a little.
Exchanged 25g of almond meal for LSA (need to use it up)
Added Parmesan, some garlic lovers and some chilli addict seasoning.
Ontop added sprinkle if paprika, cayenne and some more Parmesan.. It's fantastic!
Can't wait to have it with home made chicken soup for tea!
