Malcolm just gave me a good idea in his reference to a good article on salt. Over the years I couldn't tell you how many times particular articles have been referred to over and over and it just dawned on me that it would be good to have a thread where we can chuck some of the old gems in like a couple of Taubes articles as well as some others and sticky it here. The theme would be for articles that break some of those myths that newbies are commonly overwhelmed by towards salt, saturated fats, eggs etc
