No worries, we have lots of lurkers and that's ok, only time lurking is a problem is when a site goes very quite as its the contributions from everyone that keeps a site alive. When I first found this site I lurked for ages before I posted, I didn't even have the guts to introduce myself. I just started posting one time as if I already knew everybody but I guess I probably did in a way from lurking, they just didn't know me

Oh Ok well I didnt think of it in that respect, thanks for advising me, Sherrie.
Now in future I will definitely say hi, etc.
Apart from looking after my insides I have also been trying to get self care products that dont have those nasty chemicals added to them.
Including makeup. Its an eye opener reading just what is added to well, everything.
