Made this last night for the first time and made it for a family dinner. At first all the menfolk were a bit sceptical but clean plates all round 5 minutes later and everyone voted it a winner, even my teenage grandaughter, who doesnt "do" veg was amazed when we told her she had just eaten cauli and said 'well nan, that was brilliant" It was too, definatly will be a family favourite from now on.

That sounds so yum-mm-o!!

it is good
i wouldnt have told them it was cauli until after though -
I get frozen swede (the orange type) and boil that up with the cauli for mashing... It lifts it a bit and it is very low carb for what it is.
