Ok so im wondering can u ear pork krackels on Atkins, you know the ones in the packets on the nutrition thing at the back its pretty much zero for carbs and sugar, but in the ingrediants( on the red pack of them) it does say wheat flour and on the blue pack it says tapioca starch so im a bit confused on this because i would of thought with starch or even flour they would be high in carbs, any help would be great

I eat them very occassionally. They are very low carb but have heaps of other crap in them.

I had a pack of these last night but I won't be doing it very often - it just feels wrong somehow to have these as a protein snack rather than some chicken or an egg etc.
However, when I am in desperate need of crunch and a free day is too far away they will be purchased. Not kept in the house but thoughtfully bought
I use them occasionally too. There great for outings where other people are eating crisps etc, use them in the same manner.
I buy the ones from coles or woolies, there in a blue & cream packet and aren't as strongly flavoured as the nobbies. So they can be use for all sorts of things.
One warning - they do have some crap in them and can be quite salty which may cause a body fluid rise.
They do have there uses though. Also good to smash up and use as crumbing.*************************************

yup totally agree i will be eating them as a "special" treat as such, i had a few the other day and they are on the salty side and im bad with holding onto fluid hence the fluid tablets i take sometimes, i used them the other day in my salad instead on croutons
