Hey everyone, iam looking for simple but effective exercises to stay in shape without having to go to the gym on my vacation. Can anyone help me out plz? I’ve tried a lot of those work at home videos but I can’t find something that I can stay with you know, any help would be appreciated :)?
Anyone knows an effective exercise videos collection please?

I did the Kundalini yoga (ravi ana) last year and my weight fell off, fell off the wagaon and am about to start them again. I found them really easy to do and fun. they are sold on amazon and check out the stars they get! however there are bits that they chant and get into the spirital stuff! I skip that, ( bu you may like it ) i just do the warm ups and the sets (most are only 20 mins!) then the 5 minuite mediation afterwards - which is laying on the floor and relaxing. they have just brought out 3 new ones, and i have just bought them. About to start doing the yoga again today! but I would recomend the one to try would be fat free yoga - loose weight and feel great. do this with your low carb lifestyle and you will feel great. oh and bye the way it is not like normal yoga, they do this breath of fire which makes you breathe in and out really quickly which gives you an aerobic workout. the whole thing is much faster than normal yoga. Give it a go! -

What about walk away the pounds, they target a few areas and you can introduce weights

i have toddler sons and i have found that doing all the actions to the wiggles songs is a wonderful exercise program

wiggles is more fun
i found that if exercise is fun you tend to do it more often because it is fun
why go to proper exercise that may not be as much fun and therefore not be done as often?
so there is a lesson here for the original poster - make a recording of all your favorite songs and just dance to them and have a lot of fun -
I've done a couple beachbody ones and have gotten nothing but great results. I've only done shaun t ones but I've heard tony horton has great programs as well.
