Do you know how many calories you are eating?
So you have low carb and low fat days AND higher fat 2 times per week.
As an example what do you eat on these 2 different days?
Are you still doing the resistance work or just the cardio?
Okay, I saw your food list previous page - maybe its the cheese.
I wouldn`t have a clue about the calories, we don`t count calories on Bodysculpt.
The only thing I have stopped since then is the resistance work. I am only doing the hour walk a day now.
Personally I think 50 grams of cheese is a bit much for a snack. I don`t really enjoy eating that much of it but have been eating it as that what the program saids for a snack, maybe I should cut that down.
