500g of chicken mince. I made balls. but whole pieces would be the same. just dip in egg wash before you crumb
in a bowl. add mince. a good tsp of garlic salt. 2 eggs. 3tbsp of natural protein powder. and 1 pkt of ground. pork crackling mix together roll into balls. tip to stop mince sticking to hands keep em wet....
coating
in blender blend 1 pkt of pork crackling i used the nobbys spicy one... 2 tbsp of protein powder. 2 tbsp of vegie salt. and a good tbsp of praprika 1 tsp garlic powsder. blend well... roll balls into mix and deep fry no need for salt.. omg so good
