Hi, newbie alert. Glad to find you guys. :)

I have been low carb now for almost a week, so not long at all, but long enough to start noticing a difference.

Old school me tells me I should be eating breakfast, but if I am not hungry is it ok to skip meals? I know it sounds obvious when I write it down, but I am always hearing about having to eat regular meals to get my metabolism going. And there are days that I feel like all I do is eat but when I actually write down what I have eaten it isn't that much, compared to what I was eating anyway.

      Thanks

Yes and no. Every now and again is ok but I wouldn't make it a daily thing as it could cause your gall bladder to become sluggish. Even if you have something light like a protein shake with a heaped tablespoon of cream in it, that should be enough fat to signal your gall bladder to empty.
