I have made both the jelly and the baked cheese cake, they are to die for. My boyfriend liked them too. He isn't on the atkins, and came into the kitchen when I was cooking them, and commented on the fact that I was ment to be on a diet and that I am eating loads of sweet things.

Geeze I love this way of eating.

350g feta
1 tblspn dried oregano
1 tspn coriander seeds

*Pat dry feta and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with the herbs.
*Arrange the feta chillies and rosemary in a suitable jar (approx 3 cup capacity, with a sealed lid and sterilised)
*Cover with olive oil
*Seal and refrigerate for about 1 week.
Marinated feta will keep in the fridge for 1-2 months

Why not use a Foodsaver and buy the blocks (which are cheaper) and make your own portion bags

I liked cheese slices (hard cheese not that plastic crap). I prefer buying it compared to block as it is portion controlled and therefore easier to keep track of.
In the begging I used to wrap it around shaved salami but soon stopped that as I figured it would'nt be good for me but it sure tasted nice

Almonds are good too. I don't really snack much to be honest.

Ah that's an old post, I think it was because our blocks of cheese never were used up fast enough

I'm not sure there were food savers then and they are not that cheap here. I don't have cheese much these days but when I started having scrambled eggs with mozzarella I was grating it up and freezing it in portions.
