Am on my last day of the BT detox...have been struggling with cravings for sweets etc, so thought I would find others who have gone through or are going through the same problems..

You can try chromium or L-glutamine for the cravings.

Did you enjoy your vegie/salad addition after your detox? It makes a difference don't you think?
I did love my salad...although I made a HUGE plate and couldn't eat it all...which is just not like me at all, so I went to bed full to the brim with pride and excitement!!!!!
