      Originally I used the cheesecake recipe using jelly crystals dissolved in water then later I changed to adding cocoa for chocolate cheesecake.

      This is the original one that I would've started with originally but I made a bigger version as everyone else would eat it too and I evolved from there. I never used marscapone though, just cream cheese instead and cream. I always used fridge cheesecakes as I liked them best. If you have trouble with nuts just set your cheesecakes in cups without a base :)

      My cheesecake was commonly 2-3 blocks of philly, cream, vanilla and jelly crystals or cocoa and sweetener or lemon juice etc
      By memory a basic almond meal base is around 100g almond meal a tablespoon or two of coconut or almond flakes, a little vanilla and sweetener and enough melted butter to wet which is usually less then recipes ask for. I like to bake my base first then cool it, then add cheesecake and set in fridge.
