    • 1 can tuna
      1 can salmon
      parsley
      spring onion
      2 eggs
      stock powder
      a little bit of corn flour, just to thicken. (not surpose to have it)
      Cauli (microwaved and mashed)
      150ml skim milk
      put eggs on to boil. I browned the sp onions, added fish with the juices from can, heated through added chopped parsley. add milk and heat, once heated i mixed cornflour with a little water and added to fish mix, stir until thickend. Peel and chop boiled eggs and add to fish mix. In a greased dish put fish mix and top with cauli mash. Bake until cauli mash is golden, you could add grated cheese but i left it off. very nice, hubby loved it and took some for lunch today.
      Ps was thinking i could make a shepards pie like this too using the cauli mash on top.
