    • Egg, bacon and sausage pie - Bodytrim Protein Only

      I did this for my protein only day and then I cut up the rest to have as breakfast or a snack throughout the week. Saves thinking about food when you are in a rush.

      Egg, bacon and sausage pie

      7 pork sausages
      5 short cut bacon rashers
      10 eggs
      sprinkle of low fat cheese

      Cook sausages and bacon. Chop. Put in a casserole dish. Beat eggs. Pour over meats. Add a light sprinkle of low fat cheese. Bake in the oven on 180 degrees for 1 hour or until egg is set.
