It's best not to put too much cream in though I use a teaspoon

I loves my coffee. We have a home espresso machine and so coffee is part of our daily life. I'm new to BT, but during the carb detox I had just espresso :p not my fave, but gave me the caffine hit I have grown to depend on.
Now I have a latte (with one tsp raw sugar) in place of a starchy carb for brekky.
Sometimes if I really need a desert-ish hit after dinner I might have a latte with no sugar. Not strictly by the book, but takes the edge off
150ml Coles Hi-Lo = 9.5g sugars. That's what we're using atm, yet to find a lower carb milk. Any suggestions?
I have two or three cups of coffee a day. I dont use alot of milk in my coffee, Id say in total i only use a quarter of a cup of milk between 3 cups. If I cant have chocolate, theres no way im missing out on my coffee!!!
