This is soooooo delicious for those who love seafood and spice. I have this for either luch or dinner and find it really filling.
100 grms of Raw Prawns
half or one full clove of fresh garlic crushed
Squeeze of lemon or lime juice(to your taste)
Chilli flakes(to your taste)
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
salt and pepper
Spray good cooking oil on your pan, add garlic and saute for a minute, throw your prawns in, immediately add your lemon or lime juice and chilli flakes. Prawns only need around two minutes on each side. throw in coriander and turn off heat. I let mine cool down and have it like a spicey prawn salad. Enjoy!!
