Ive bought BT yesterday so looking forward to recieving it...
Ive been trying to lose weight by counting calories on the Biggest loser club but not seeing much of a shift in my weight,so thought this maybe what I need to give my body a head start..
Im yet to read all the posts...no I know I wont be able to read them all but I'm sure I will get through a few
I just hope I will be able to stick to this plan..
If anyone has some secrets of getting through the 1st week Id love to hear from you...
