How about tuna mixed with a bit of cream cheese? I don't do BT I do atkins but that's an acceptable PO snack on Atkins
Do you just not like eating deli meats on their own or do you not like them in general? If you don't mind having them with other things, this is a really yummy snack idea:
Place a slice of swiss cheese on a slice of ham, spread some whole egg mayonnaise on the slice of cheese and roll up the cheese and ham together into a tube shape. This is absolutely delicious!
There are also heaps of great snack ideas in the recipe sections of the BT forum, there are lots of sweet things you can make so you don't have to be stuck eating eggs or deli meats.
I have been sticking to deli meats and tins of tuna.
Its quick, easy and tastes alright
I am so sick of meat. I just had a tin of tuna for my afternoon snack and could barely get it down! Need to find something else - the meat is my enemy at the moment after the 3 day PO detox.
Not sure if this is to your taste but I love it.
1/3 cup grated tasty cheese
1 tbls sour cream
2 tbls salsa , I use hot salsa
Mix it together and microwave till the cheese melts about 3 min
Give it a stir half way through
I have it with celery and cubed chicken. I use a tooth pic to dunk it in.
I'm also at this stage, where I feel I have been eating deli meat, eggs and tuna constantly, its day 2 of phase 2.
Although, I have been shopping today, and trying to find things I can snack on easily, which wasn't too difficult.
I just had to remind myself that it's only the quantity of protein that changes from meal to snack. So I can snack on anything that I would usually have for a meal, just a smaller amount. Obviously, this takes a little bit of planning, but if you make sure there is left overs from dinner, you can have that for a snack the next day.
Tonight, we had garlic prawns, so tomorrow I am having prawns for the afternoon snack.:p
I have also found it really easy to have the snack (and meal) portions in sandwich bags, ready to grab from the fridge. Otherwise, I start to grab for other things, naughty things.
I like things to be quick and easy, not much of a cook. lol

The cottage cheese/Jelly mix is quite awesome. It is on here somewhere. It makes a really awesome snack and there are plenty of flavour possibilities.
Another of my recent discoveries was using slices of deli meat and wrapping a spoon of cottage cheese and a condiment of choice in it, although you could probably cut out the condiment.
Good luck with the rest of the phase, just keep experimenting with ideas

What about pork crackle, you know the ones you get in the packets, if you look at the nutritional information the protein is through the roof but the fat and carbs are minimal, perfect when you kind of feel like something crunchy and chip like..
I think the sodium is through the roof also - not my type of snack.
