Well here l go again! Have tried everything else--so-o. Bit annoyed though--my 'Licence key' won't work and can't access the 'example' page for the 3 protein only days, so l'm not exactly sure what l can and can't eat and in what quantity. Does it really mean that l have to have, for example, 2 eggs for breakfast, protein snack, 100g chicken breast for lunch, protein snack, 100g meat for dinner and another protein snack, and that's all? Not even any lettuce? Would like to know what other people who have already done this, actually ate! :confused::rolleyes:
