Miracle 'Shirataki' Noodles

Miracle Noodles are a popular low carb shirataki noodle, low carb pasta and low carb rice that now comes in 5 versions for Australians. They have angel hair, fettuccine, penne, spaghetti and yes, rice!

Shirataki Noodles have been used in Asia for a long time and are made from konjac or yam flour. Shirataki noodles, are made from a water soluble fibre making them almost totally carb and calorie free. These are both low carb and gluten free making them a great low carb pasta substitute and thanks to miracle noodles, there's a low carb rice alternative. They're also very easy and quick to prepare for those that find vegetable versions tedious and messy (e.g. cauliflower rice).

UPDATE: Miracle noodles have now made 2 more varieties available for Australians, you can now choose from their low carb Penne and Spaghetti as well!
