He explains why after all these years, he moved away from his high carb, low fat diet to a low carb, high fat diet despite being a marathon and ultra-marathon athlete. He then goes on to explain the medical aspects of a low carb diet, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance and obesity. Worth watching!
